A Green River man is in custody after an alleged stabbing incident in Green River Wednesday night.
According to the Green River Police Department, Officers responded to a report of a stabbing outside of a residence in the Hutton Heights Mobile Home Park located at 98 Uinta Drive at about 11:32 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers found that an adult male suffered a stab wound to the left thigh following an altercation.
Green River Police Investigators responded to the location, conducted interviews and collected evidence for the investigation, which is ongoing.
The subject was transported to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County by ambulance and then transferred to the University of Utah Hospital for further medical care. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
Jordan Christiansen, age 26 of Green River, was arrested for aggravated assault with injury.
