The Rock Springs Police Department is asking for information on the theft of a Red Desert Humane Society donation box from Albertson’s in Rock Springs.
According to Sweetwater Citizens Crime Stoppers, a woman (pictured above) was observed checking out at a register at about 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday February 4 at the Albertson’s located at 1332 Dewar Drive in Rock Springs. It is believed that she placed the donation box in her purse and left the building.
She may have been accompanied by a younger male (also pictured) who was wearing a baseball cap.
