Payton Glasser, of Bismarck, North Dakota, was charged with speeding, eluding, and reckless driving after allegedly failing to pull over for law enforcement and rolling his vehicle multiple times, according to a release from WHP.

The chase began shortly before 4 p.m. on Monday after a Wyoming State Trooper attempted to pull over Glasser in a northbound Toyota passenger car for speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone on U.S. Highway 85 about 29 miles south of Newcastle.

Glasser didn’t stop, however, and allegedly reached speeds up to 105 mph with the Trooper in pursuit.

About four miles into the chase, WHP says Glasser intentionally swerved off the highway, causing his car to roll multiple times.

Glasser was taken to Weston County Health Services in Newcastle and treated for injuries sustained in the crash.

Investigators later discovered that Glasser had been listed as a missing person by the Bismarck, North Dakota Police Department since April 8, 2016.

Glasser was booked at the Weston County Detention Center after he received medical treatment.
