Patching operations on Dewar Drive are continuing as planned today.
Some reports indicated that the work would be delayed due to equipment problems, but equipment repairs were made and work can go on as planned.
Patching will take place Thursday and possibly into Friday near the Wells Fargo Bank.
Residents and motorists who travel through the Dewar Drive-College Drive intersection can expect to see closures and potential delays. Drivers are advised to plan accordingly.
While the work is underway, the lower portion of College Drive to Dewar Drive will be closed to traffic. Drivers are advised to find alternate routes, such as Skyline Drive and Grant Street.
Dewar Drive is tentatively scheduled to remain open to two-way traffic, with three lanes closed at a time for paving operations.
All work dates are tentatively scheduled and subject to change.
WYDOT would like to remind drivers to slow down in work zones, be alert and cautious of roadside workers.
