Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to his authority as Governor of Wyoming, has ordered the Wyoming State flag to be flown at half-staff in honor of former State Legislator Kelly Mader from sunrise to sunset on Friday, July 1, 2016 at the State Capitol in Cheyenne and in Campbell County.
Mader served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1983 to 1984 and in the Wyoming State Senate from 1985 to 1992.
