A 5K run/walk is being put on by WyoFaction and the Eagles in Rock Springs to benefit Chad Maheu and Johnny Stassinos. In addition, the Eagles will host a UFC 200 watch party Saturday evening. It will include a cook-out and BBQ and proceeds raised will benefit the local families impacted by the blast in North Dakota on June 18th.
If people can’t make the events this Saturday, there are some other events coming up.
July 23rd from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. the American Legion Archie Hay Post 24 is hosting a BBQ Cookout to benefit the local families plus a Colorado man badly burned in the blast. Cookout will include raffles and fundraisers.
August 11th at 6 p.m. the Elks in Rock Springs is hosting a Spaghetti dinner to benefit Chad Mahue who was badly burned.
