The University of Wyoming Athletics Department has announced a number of staff promotions that became effective in July. There were no salary increases associated with any of the promotions.
Bob Casper has been named Associate Head Coach of the Wyoming Soccer program. He previously served as Assistant Coach of Wyoming Soccer.
Phil Wille has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations. He previously served as Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations.
James Wilkerson has been promoted to Associate Athletics Director for Business Operations. Wilkerson was previously Wyoming’s Executive Business Manager prior to his promotion.
Peter Prigge has been elevated to Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance. He previously served as Director of Compliance at UW.
“It is always a positive when we are able to recognize members of our Athletics Department staff for their efforts,” said UW Athletics Director Tom Burman. “While we are not in a position to offer financial rewards to employees during the current budget situation, we still want to recognize their leadership and contributions. I want to thank and congratulate each of these individuals.”
