Three people were arrested on drug related charges today in Rock Springs after the Rock Springs Police Department and Department of Criminal Investigations served a search warrant.
According to a release from the Rock Springs Police Department, detectives of the Rock Springs Police Department Street Crimes Unit along with assistance from Rock Springs Uniformed Officers, Rock Springs Detectives and DCI agents conducted a search warrant at 2012 Johnson Avenue.
On arrival, contact was made with four individuals identified as Derrick Peden, Nicole Peden, Ashley Peden and a female juvenile, all of Rock Springs.
During the search of the residence, several narcotics and narcotics related items were located, including methamphetamine and heroin.
The investigation led to three arrests. Derrick Peden, 25, was arrested for alleged Child Endangerment, misdemeanor Possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor Possession of Heroin. Nicole Peden, 21, was arrested for alleged misdemeanor Possession of Heroin. Ashley Peden, 19, arrested for multiple warrants along with alleged misdemeanor Possession of Heroin.
All three were transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center.
