Last week the Sheriff’s Office reported the arrests of a father-daughter pair, Robert L. Perry, age 68, and Tammra E. Perry, age 44, of Utah, after a undercover drug operation at a hotel in Rock Springs.

According to Sheriff Mike Lowell, as a result of further investigation by county detectives assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) and detectives from Sublette County Sheriff’s Office, the following individuals have also been arrested:

– Christina “Chrissy” Marie Bittner, 37, of Rock Springs, charged with conspiracy to unlawfully deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

– Thomas Lee Applegate, 56, of Rock Springs, charged with conspiracy to unlawfully deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

– William “Bill” Shay, 46, of Rock Springs, charged with conspiracy to unlawfully deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

– Koy Dayleen Bernal, 49, of Reliance, charged with conspiracy to unlawfully deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

The charges stem from trafficking and distribution of methamphetamine in and around Rock Springs and Pinedale.

Sheriff Lowell credited the arrests to a cooperative effort between the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office and Sublette County Sheriff’s Office.

Conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) carries a maximum possible penalty of imprisonment for not more than 20 years, a $25,000 fine, or both.
